                              Mix fruit juice

Mixed Fruit Juice is one of the most refreshing Beverage or Juice, full of nutrients and taste. I generally make this juice in summer with different fruits that are available at home. It is a simple and easy homemade juice made with Oranges, Apples, Grapes, Lemon and Kiwi. This Juice is fully loaded with nutritional values and taste.
In India, summer is really hot and when the sun is on top, it becomes difficult to digest our daily homemade food. In this situation several types of juices fills the quota of food and prevents our body from dehydration.
This Juice is healthy and provides a variety of vitamins and minerals. I love to have some fruits or fruit juice in between my lunch and dinner, because it helps fill the stomach and satiate the slight hunger in between meals and prevents me from reaching other high calorie food

                          Pineapple juice

Pineapple juice is a liquid made from pressing the natural liquid from the pulp of the pineapple tropical plant.[1] Numerous pineapple varieties may be used to manufacture commercial pineapple juice, the most common of which are Smooth CayenneRed SpanishQueen, and Abacaxi.[1] In manufacturing, pineapple juice is typically canned.[1]
It is used as a single or mixed juice beverage, and for smoothiescocktails, culinary flavor, and as a meat tenderizer.[1] Pineapple juice is a main ingredient in the piña colada and tepache.

Nutrition
Pineapple juice is 84% water, 16% carbohydrates, and contains negligible fat and protein (table). In a 100 ml (g) reference amount, pineapple juice supplies 60 calories, with only manganese in significant content (53% of the Daily Value, DV), while vitamin C content is moderate (11% DV).
                                  Carrot juice

Carrot juice has a particularly high content of β-carotene, a source of vitamin A, but it is also high in B complex vitamins like folate, and many minerals including calciumcoppermagnesiumpotassiumphosphorus, and iron. A pound (454 g) of carrots will yield about a cup of juice (about 236 ml)[citation needed], which is a low yield compared to fruits like apples and oranges. However, carrot pulp is very tough; the main difficulty in juicing carrots is in separating the pulp from the juice.
Like many products high in beta-carotene, it may cause temporary carotenoderma, a benign skin condition resulting in an orange-yellow hue to the skin.[1] Drinking more than 3 cups of carrot juice in a 24-hour period, over a prolonged period of time may be enough to cause the condition.[2]
Carrot juice has a uniquely sweet flavour of concentrated carrots. Unlike many juices, it is opaque. It is often consumed as a health drink. Carrots have been made into soups and juices for hundreds of years. In America carrot juice was one of the first colorants used to make cheese a darker color.

                              Orange juice

Orange juice is a liquid extract of the orange tree fruit, produced by squeezing or reaming oranges. It comes in several different varieties, including blood orangenavel orangesvalencia orangeclementine, and tangerine. As well as variations in oranges used, some varieties include differing amounts of juice vesicles, known as "pulp" in American English, and "(juicy) bits" in British English. These vesicles contain the juice of the orange and can be left in or removed during the manufacturing process. How juicy these vesicles are depend upon many factors, such as species, variety, and season. In American English, the beverage name is often abbreviated as "OJ"
